Dear All,

My husband and I will move out of our apartment soon. The apartment will be
available on 21th September. It is a Campus Walk apartment, which belongs to
Trinity Property. It's near many other apartments such as Holly Hill, Poplar
West, Belmont. You can walk or bike to Duke campus.

Two bedrooms. One den (which can also be used as a bedroom, and thus making a
third bedroom). One living room (combined with the dining room). One Kitchen.
One bathroom. It is very spacious, perfect for a family, a couple or several
friends who want to live together. And most importantly, it is only 660/month.
And I can assure you that it is in very good condition. Great neighborhood.
Water is free, though you do have to pay for utility and internet. It is really
a good deal. I will be happy to live here forever, if I don't have to move.

Our lease is until the end of December. We can do a transfer of lease if you
would like to take this apartment. After the end of December, you can certainly
renew this lease with Trinity Property, whose office is just across the street.
